1.  Please complete our 'ENQUIRE NOW' form with your name, contact details, group size and preferred dates.

 

2. One of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours to discuss availability, prices and additional requirements e.g. club hire, airport transfers, restaurant bookings etc.

 

3. We will hold your booking for 7 days until receipt of a completed booking form and a 25% deposit.  N.B. The deposit is non-refundable & can be paid by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

 

4. On receipt of your booking form & deposit we will send you booking confirmation and a receipt.

 

5. We will contact you 10 weeks prior to arrival for the final balance payment & to provide you with the final details for your trip.
